In families across Australia, everyone remembers who bore the title for ‘best pork crackling’. For Mandy Jones, it was hands down her grandmother, Annie Jones. Mandy was lucky enough to enjoy the freshest of fresh when it came to all thing’s pork, as Annie grew their own pigs onsite.

Decades on and Mandy is taking a trip down memory lane after teaming up with Rutherglen Berkshire – a premium pig grower just five minutes down the road to give you a matched wine dinner of crispy-skinned suckling pig, expertly cooked with all the accompaniments by chef Briony Bradford.
