Degustation dinner menu themed – “Native Australia Goes French, created by chef, Briony Bradford. Each course will be expertly matched with Jones wines. Friday 15th February @6.30pm. Bus available.
This is the first of our monthy 5-courses degustation dinners. For this dinner Briony will use foraged native plants together with local produce including kangaroo, rosellas, finger limes, and muntries. Dietary requirements may be catered for but must be advised in advance. Call 02 6032 8496 to discuss.
Cost is $90 per person (food only) or $130 per person with matching wines. Arrival: 6.30pm for 7pm seating. A bus will be available for dinner guests staying in Rutherglen, Wahgunyah or Corowa for $15pp.
